As the CEO of Global Disposal Reduction Services, Josh has built a national leader in waste consulting and management services. He later went on to start PIN Services, the largest residential waste brokerage in the country, which focuses on improving waste and recycling programs in residential communities. In 2015, he acquired the Universal Waste Disposal Company and is now building it into the market leader for responsible lamp, battery and electronics recycling nationwide.
